does he flake on me?

hello, i am aries.

before i wrote a thread about a leo man who was supposed to meet with me to take his gift for helping me. but he remained silent for 1 month.

we ened up meeting at a party . he apologised, told me he was disorganised and so one. told me that he was very busy didnt organise his life and was very honest ? i dont know. maybe a player.

i felt he was insisting of telling him how cool he was how thankful was i for the help and so one.

but i was a bit let down by his behaviour. we went smoking and talking like friends twice but then i thought he friendzoned me.

3 days later i wrote to him asking if he had time on wednesdat 6 pm somewhere in the city in a bar. we could meet and i would give it to him. he told me he would be in other city but asked about the weekend. i told him that saturday is ok . he told me we needed to arrange it before weekend because he may be away or in the other city but he ddidnt know.

so i told him i would write to him.

BUT I DIDNT. first time i didnt take the promise.

so at 9 pm he wrote to me telling that he was sick. and we cant make it on saturday and we need to catch up each other next week ( so it is this week). i told him next day ( yes i answered next day) that i am wishing him good recovery ( i dont know if thats ok in english). and i told him : WRITE TO ME next week but i will be in other city on wednesday.

he told me okey.

and added me on instagram immidiatelyy and watches all of my instagram stories.

it is thursday evening, and he didnt write and didnt call. i know that the week is not finished yet but still.

does he flake on me? i feel weird.

i will not write to him.

i am not going to do it ever again.

is he not that into me?

why was he flirting with me?

why does hedo it everytime we see each other?

i am getting bored with his behaviour.

i mean we are just friends but i like him and it must be me who cut the contact. i cant be friends with him.
