Naw his management has no effect on me. He's not my manager and he hates my manager. He's just attention seeking. I mind my business cause he's just a lame dude. He asks stupid questions and I hate small talk with someone I really don't like. No one likes him. The supervisor I'm friends with and he tells me how lame dude is on a personal level. He has big insecurities when it comes to women. I do my own thing and it seems to be something that bothers him.

There are so many things you say that I find outlandishly childish. Your defensive responses reveal more about yourself than the not-your-direct-manager fellow. No it doesn't sound like you don't care, in fact you seem to care quite a bit. You are attracting attention (so you're no better than him) by belittling someone who seems to have done nothing significantly terrible to you.

But I bet if you showed him a little respect and less attitude, he would give you his full support including excellent references when you decide to move on. It's getting to a point now that I starting to really believe he feeds off the attention of others that don't wanna give it to him. You want to really fuck up this Leo's day? When you put in your 2 weeks notice tell his supervisor you are quitting because of his poor attitude and abusive managerial skills.
