During what transits do we meet someone special?

Jupiter or Venus transit through the 7th house?
Everyone? Or just some? And when is it?
^the negativity and weirdness will never cease to amaze me ?
I think any planet through 7th...with Saturn l had my 1st serious relationship ...It was so intense...with Pluto l'm meeting lots of women...virtually...but it could be good if l went out at all...i think l grew up with Neptune in 7th...l think it was a positive influence.
