HELP! WHAT IF U WERE BORN THROUGH CEASARIAN—

how can your star sign be accurate if u were born through caesarian? or if ur mother was a car accident lets say, and u had to be born prematurely for an unnatural reason or casue etc. does that mean when u were born is not your true star sign? or is that just considered fate and your starsign is just your real starsign? enlighten me fellow astrologers! 😛
