It's okay to call it silly. Just a thought I had, thought it might be a fun discussion.
I'm sure I left out a lot of holidays so just add them in.
Does anything about Pisces fit St. Patricks Day?
Parties and green beer!
haha I don't really see Aquas epitomising Valentines Day either. I agree with you though maybe they were so stunned and impressed that it became the love day 😛

No, I was thinking more along the lines of the self-effacing and other-worldly.

Thanksgiving is such an awesome transition into Sagittarius season. Excessive amounts of food, laughter, and FOOTBALL!!!!!!!!!I can see Mother's Day being a Taurus. Its usually a day where mother's get pampered, eat out, or get expensive jewelry.
Father's Day is fitting for Gemini because I usually only get my dad a card, hahahaha. Shit, what else does he need?
April Fools Day is good for Aries since most of them are fools.
World AIDS Day is December 1st (my birthday, WOO!). Its about raising awareness about HIV/AIDS. Sagittarius rules education and mentoring, so that makes sense.
Never met a Sag who wasn't a S*L*U*T
You should really reevaluate the company you surround yourself with.
After all, its a reflection of you. 🙂

St. Valentine used to marry couples in secret that weren't supposed to be together. It was usually because of their drastically different positions in society, or because the man, due to birth order, was destined for the church or military and therefore couldn't marry. He was executed for sticking fast to his ideals and seeing the "bigger picture". So in that sense, I could see how Valentine's Day applies to Aquas.
ohh it's like a Romeo & Juliet....so romantic!

Jupiter co ruled Pisces. LUCKY! The rainbow at the end with the pot of gold.
Never met a Sag who wasn't a S*L*U*T so AIDS day is appropriate.

So, do Holidays have characteristics of the zodiac sign they fall under?
Here are a few common ones in the US
New Years - Capricorn. Time for reflection, resolutions, goals for the new year.
Valentines Day - Aquarius. Hmmm. Romantic holiday, unromantic zodiac. The one time of year aqua says I love you? hahaha! JK.
Easter - Aries.
Mother's Day - Taurus. Take mom out to dinner!
Memorial Day - Gemini. Beginning of summer - boating, fishing, swimming, barbeque, beers, baseball - lots of activities.
Father's Day - Gemini. Guessing here but dad and step dad? Two dads? (okay, this one's lame, hopefully yall will come up with something better)
Independence Day (USA) - Cancer. Barbeque, swim, only difference is the fireworks at the end to relieve the tension. (I reached for straws on that one)
Labor Day - Virgo. Celebrating all the work that's done.
Halloween - Scorpio. Yep, pranks, costumes, scary stuff. Dark like a scorpio!
Veteran's Day - Scorpio. Celebrate the veterans who don't want to tell all their experiences from the war.
Thanksgiving - Sag. Family, friends, dinner, squabbles.
Christmas - Capricorn. Traditions, rituals.
