How do you know a libra guy has a crush on you?

So I've never noticed him before, but then I started to notice his long stares, and the way he'd stop for a while his conversation with his friends the moment I enter the room. And we did talk few times, and he's initiated the conversations although we don't have any mutual friends or classes, and whenever we're in the same place (cafeteria, room, auditorium) there is always mutual eye contact.

So how to know if this libra guy is interested? Or is he just being friendly?

Yeah only this libra looks either too shy or too vain to do any significant moves.
This eye contact thing has been going on for 2 months :/

Not necessarily. If you give him an opening or tell him to add you, then see what happens.. But they won't just randomly add you if they don't know you all that well.. this goes for anyone, not just Libras.
