How does planets in your sign work?

Hello Wonderful People,

I never fully understood how planets like Venus, Mars, Mercury, etc.. works when they are in your sign. For example, how is a Libra sun with Venus in Aries feeling with their love life now that Venus is currently in Aries?

Jupiter is currently in Sagittarius and they said this is a great year for Saggies. My question is what if their Jupiter sign is Scorpio, but your sun sign is Sagittarius?

Hopefully I made some sort of sense.

Well a Libra Sun can't have Venus in Aries, since venus can only be 2 signs away from the sun... But yeah it will be a significant moment in their love life for those with venus or any planet in Aries rn.

The Sun in Sag will still have a great time.

I guess I should have used Pisces instead of a Libra sun lol. Thank you for sharing, I wasn't sure if people have the best time when the planet is in their sun sign or their actual sign they have for that planet.
