I'm stuck.
That could indeed be the answer, because although mercury is my 7th dominant planet, virgo is my third most dominant planet. And lo and behold, mercury is ranked nr 1 in position and nr 14(!)in the aspects column.
I do feel, that moon and rising would give a lot of points to the position column, but I have only my Lilith in my third house...
I have Taurus asc and Mars conj...
Ranks no. 11 also.
Zero planets in Gemini and it ranks

Hmm. Do you have a lot of stuff in your third house and not so much in your second?

Could anyone please tell me how a person with a gemini rising and a gemini moon could possibly get a gemini sign rank of 11(yes, e-l-e-v-e-n), in a Pullen chart? How? HOw? HOW?!?
