Aries- Off, I hate rude impulsive people, the pressure would probably get to his head and turn against us.
Taurus- On, they just don't give a sh1t, they'd probably do what they have to do in the situation we're on, and besides, this guy would endure any kind of BS he comes across.
Gemini- On, we need a smart-4ss on board, he'd probably be on the look-out calculating & planning the situation to obliterate the obstacle.
Cancer- On (30% ), This cancer would probably do nothing and let the others do all the work, but if I know cancers, this guy will probably come in handy when everyone else turns against each other and starts blaming one another, though this cancer might be more concerned about himself then the other crew mates...so 30% .
Leo- On, if I know Leos they would rather let someone else do the work while they try to get comphy with themselves, but I know they'd really come in handy once the situation gets real serious.
Virgo- Off, I really don't need criticism on board, this guy would probably complain on trivial sh1t and try to find a purpose to blame the other signs.
Libra- Off, I have enough joksters on board (Gemini & Cancer), lets try to make this less annoying as possible.
Scorpio- On, Definitely a keeper, i'm pretty sure this guy will do what he has to do and keep everyone on check- making sure they're doing what they're supposed to do.
Sagittarius- Off, Now here's something more simalir to a Gemini, but a little more extreme, so he wouldn't be needed.
Capricorn- On (70% ), it's either the Cancer or the Capricorn, most likely i'd choose the cappy. There's only one ambition in this ship for this cappy, and it's getting to shore to his other ambitions -_-;
Aquarius- Off, ROLF, are you kidding me? We already have a Gemini, so there's pretty much no point into keeping this guy.
Pisces- Off, i'm pretty sure while the others are doing the work, this guy is getting depressed and getting all focused on what's outside of the boat then what is.

So basically, i'd choose:
Taurus, Gemini, (% 30) Cancer, Leo, Scorpio, & (% 30) Capricorn.
