I have this, in a grand trine with Saturn. I do see people's motivations pretty quickly.

Oh yeah, I agree with this

I have Moon trine Pluto with Pluto in the 8th. I am able to read motives.

However, I learned to focus on what really matters.... and not take in everything that I sense... not to internalize, pontificate, and ruminate. So, I just tuck it away, 'til it matters.

I'm very accepting.

yes,people are a open book to me,i feel their emotions too

Not only do i read people's emotions and motivations easily, i also absorb the overall mood of my environment.

To top it all, i keep everything to myself.

It's depressing really.
