Fascinated wouldn't be the right way of describing it (more like "I'm curious about"): Capricorn sun people.
The reason is that I haven't known many Cap suns. One of my grandmothers was a Cap, but it wasn't until the last 10 or so years of her life that I learned much about her -- that was through letters that we wrote to each other. I saved all of hers and keep them protected so they won't fade too much to re-read.

That was so heartwarming to read! I find the art of writing letters is now such long lost art. Entirely underrated. 🙂

Thank you! Yes, it truly is a lost art, I agree. It's so nice to see my grandmother's handwriting. I used to have nice handwriting but I'm out of practice now thanks to typing most things.

You'd needn't thank me at all. If anything I should thank you for giving me the necessary push to write a letter to my mum who lives overseas instead of penning a simple, generic greeting card for the holidays.
Call me a sentimental fool, but I find, out of all personal mementoes, letters hold the greatest power. They are so intimate and personal.
I'd like to think that my writing is still decent however my spelling is horrendous as ever! 😄

Being honest here I find everybody fascinating. Especially to look at. I really can't tell you why. But I love to just sit outside while leaning on my gate just looking at people from all walks of life.

actually... all are fascinating..
But Sags fascinate me.. they have that innocence to them even if they're being annoying :p
They have interests in everything.. and they don't look serious at all but they have some seriously wise things to say actually in their blunt coarse ways. And, they have no control over the stuff they speak. IDK how to completely express myself but, they fascinate me.. now I feel I could sit there and just keep an observation over a specimen of a Sag(there's one at home :p )
Caps are fascinating too..
LEOS are fascinating as well..
Aquas and Libras too .. all signs!! But right now the ever-curious Sag has piqued my curiosity the most.. they are a mystery to me.

And why?
Capricorn - I dont know , may be because i see a reflection of myself in other capricorns . Other than that i find capricorns more courteous and non impostors . They (i am saying they as i am speaking of other capricorns not about what i know of myself) have immense depth and emotions with out being embarrassingly emotional in front of others .
Leos - The charm , smile , intelligence , smartness . They are like movie stars of zodiac . If there is a sign that has it all then its Leos . Only if the pride and arrogance is checked .
Scorpios - Fascinating yes but strangely not all . Not all scorpios i know have been in any sort of way above average in my opinion . But i will still say scorpios are fascinating because of few extremely magnetic ones i have come across . These scorps have had an ever lasting effect on my mind be it those i have been friends with or worked with(people i have had best work relationships were of this sign) .Others were just high on confidence .
I am fond of people from other signs(virgos and now taurus , may be libra n aries) too but end up thinking of caps ,leos n scorps when speaking of fascinating ones .

Aquarius
They're the hardest to read. Figuring out what makes them tick, and how their mind works is probably the most difficult amongst all the signs (Scorpio as 2nd). They have a strong sense of individuality, but sometimes it turns into this really annoying complex where "no one is like me" or "you just don't get me". And they genuinely like feeling like "the only one" - or even something more extravagant, "the chosen one". I love you (and sometimes hate you) Aquarius'. Your mystery will never fail to mystify me, but sometimes you guys come off way more interesting than you really are.

My sis and one of my girls are both cappy.
I can't say I'm fascinated by them but more to feel connected to them. My sis used to look up to me and kind of motivate me much because she sees my potentials that I keep wasting according to her opinion.
Whereas my cappy friend, I can respect me much and I as well also I feel like I "get" her.

I'm glad the connections in both cases are positive! I often read that Scorp and Cap go well together. What are their moon signs?
I think they're all pretty fascinating in their own ways but that's not answering your question... If I had to pick 1, I'd have to say (without picking a homer pick) I'd have to say Virgo. It's pretty amazing to me that they can notice such little details in every god damn thing.
