Hard to answer. I've known smart and clever Leo's and I've also known dumb-blonde like Leo's, one of them being my best friend of 6 years. But she seems to be going backwards as we age and our friendship is hanging on a cliff. But all the Capricorns I've known are intelligent, independent, compassionate, and a bit on the quiet side. No offense, as I haven't said it in bad way. Both of my parents are Pisces and now at this age they accept that throughout their life they always trusted wrong people, got emotionally fooled by their close ones, who were with them in their good times but left them in bad times. Now they realize that they should be more practical and wise enough to distinguish between real and fake friends.
Plus I have observed that Pisces have a tendency of saying the wrong thing at the wrong moment and not saying the right thing at the right moment and just because of this, even after doing A LOT for others their efforts are not acknowledged. And people who do nothing are in everyone's good book just because of their sugary tongue. It reminds me one of the colleagues at my office who is Pisces. She is more sincere and hardworking than others but failed to make it realize to bosses just because of her blunt way of talking.

Libra. They know how to play the "naive card" to
