Perfect Chart

I was just bored, and thinking, hummmm
I've been trying to get it, but I don't think its possible that anyone can have a perfect natal chart. By that, I mean, all their planets are in their home signs.
Sun-Leo
Moon-Cancer
Rising-Libra
Mercury-Gemini/Virgo (must be Virgo then)
Venus-Taurus
Mars-Aries/Scorp?
etc, etc.

So far, I can't seem to get the Venus and further to match up, their Mercury would have to be in Virgo, because it can't be in Gemini w/ a Leo sun. I've come up with: August 18, 1941. 9:00AM. That gives them a:
Sun-Leo
Moon-Cancer
Rising-Libra
Mars-Aries

I was just curious on someone else's take, if it were possible to have this natal chart: Would this person be very well balanced? Would they get along with most everyone?

I think my dad was born a day after or so, which is weird, because he doens't seem easy to get along with.

then what about charts that, ugh, what do you call it? They are full of trines, so that way, the lines make an even picture. A Grand Sextile chart? Would that person feel stable within themselves?

Could a chart, for instance be made up of all trines? Or mostly trines? Within themselves, do you suppose they would feel balanced?

I don't exactly understand it, relating to eclipses exactly. But it is interesting nonetheless
