Likely the (mutable) double-bodied, bi-corporeal signs of Gemini, Pisces, Sag & Virgo, representing dualistic natures. Pretending doesn't have to have a negative connotation either, it can even save your life, like if you had to pretend or convince, play the part to get out of a sticky or even dangerous stituation.

Standard (basic) Deviations: How To Get A Raise or Promotion ..

from my experience, based on the professor comments, I find this with cappy and aquas ... the way they talk, they are not questioned a lot so can't get away with loads...

libra has a mask sometimes they're not even aware of

cancer and pisces wear masks not to reveal emotions ...

lib, pisces and cancer manipulate loads to get their way

virgos, I don't see the manipulations, they just criticise their way in and out of things 🙂

geminis are just 2 people...

so generally, air will manipulate to show their intelligence and keep civil
water will manipulate emotionally to hide intentions
earth will pretend for social acceptance
fire, for ego sake but they generally don't have the patience to play role for long

I should've added that being a part of the 'Great Pretenders' of the zodiac isn't a negative nor is it a positive. It just basically means whose the better bull-shitter 😉 Again, this can man either good or bad.


1. Geminis -- Yes, I agree. Gems can totally fool the pants off of most people. Even the ones who know them personally have a difficult time understand who they are. However, this makes perfect sense because they are the twins of the zodiac. Libra was close to getting this spot but there is something very real about a libra sun. Libras understand that they are what they are and they do not care, much like an Aqua.

2. Cancers -- this is due to how moody they are so this is a given. It depends on what their mood is like when if comes to how they present themselves.

3. Saggies -- My follow cusps get this nod but I'm not sure if they are aware. I've known some who would flat out condemn any wrong doing (much like a virgo) but then all of a sudden, their secrets may come out and they are doing the exact same thing but the situation may be different, if that makes sense.

4. All earth signs -- yes, thats right -- Virgo leading the way, along with taurus at a close second and capricorn is a seriously close third. After thinking about it, I had to put every single earth sign in this because its a fact that we capable of putting on the best face but when someone creeps, 'inside our closets' things are not what they seem. Taurus just seem to get away with alot more because they are venus ruled and people naturally love those who are venus ruled (like libras) regardless to what 🙂

i would say the biggest pretender is the person that created this thread
