Progressed Charts

Can anyone recommend some good reading on progressed charts?

I've read a couple of sites but to be honest I'm still confused.

1. http://www.astro.com/cgi/genchart.cgi
2. Look at "Please select the type of chart you want:", then click on the bar and scroll down until you find "Progressed Chart *"
3. "Click here to show the chart".
4. We're done.
