What does it mean?

to oversimplify it says that the 90 yrs of your life (if you live that long) are gonna look like the first 90 days after you were born. so from the snapshot of your natal chart with its planets at the time of birth, they progress it by 1 degree, moing the planets 1 degree for each year. so if you wanna look at your 45th year calculate the 25th day after u were born and the chart looks like that. these days you don't need to worry about calculations any more, astro.com does it for you. just open a natal chart in one window and look for a progressed chart leaving today's date on astro. then look as to where the planets have moved every since you were born.

I did it and now Im a Taurus w a Venus in Aries merc too, I can't escape my Pisces moon tho
