Saturn, Saturn, Saturn...
My saturn is in 1st house and it is squaring my sun.
A friend had her Saturn return in the 1st, went well...just strong fatigue when it was exactly conjunct. She went through personal changes, got over her traumas.
I have Saturn conjunct my ascendant (but it's in my 12th house), and it's opposite my sun, Venus and Jupiter.
My Saturn return went very well. I made important changes and felt far more free than I had during most of my 20s. I looked better too.

Saturn in Capricorn in the 1st house natally
Neptune in Capricorn in 1st house natally
Uranus in Capricorn in the 1st house (Saturn-Aquarius energy i guess) natally
Saturn in Sagittarius transit (I can relate with my Sagittarius Ascendant and Saturn in Capricorn 1st house)
Upcoming saturn return as I approach 28 later this year
When I think about it, Saturn is always right there
