Do You Believe Uranus In 3rd House Is Prone To Dropping Out Of School? Or Which Other Placemnts/Aspects Are More Likely To Drop Out?

I think the easiest way to figure that out is to see if you can see a significant rise in drop out rates between let say 1992 through 1999.
