Scorpio female w/ a Cancer-Leo Cusp:Can it work?

Hi all!

I have met a male Cancer-Leo cusp online and have been chatting for a few days, only to find out we have a ton in common. We have set up a date for Saturday night and I know that Scorpio and Cancer are very compatible, but what about a Cancer-Leo cusp (his birthday is July 24)? Oh yeah, not that it's relevant, but he's 8 years my senior, which could be super exciting as well. Any advice is appreciated!

He is a Leo with a Cancer influence. July 19th-24th is the cusp. 19th,20th,21st are cancers, the 22nd depends on the years, and the 23rd, 24th are Leos. But they are all cusps.

Thanks everyone! I guess we'll just see how things progress. My past relationships with the typical "compatible" signs for a Scorp (Pisces, Virgo, Cap) have not panned out well in the end. So, I suppose I was hoping a change might do me some good. Fingers are crossed!

I'm a cancer/leo and most of my major relationships have been with scorps. They didn't end well but I think that was more to do with lack of maturity. Also one of my best friends is a scorp she's actually also on a cusp libra/scorp. We've been friends for 11yrs now 🙂

Thanks bakedbaby! I just have a good feeling about this guy. I'm 37 and he's 45, so I'm not too worried about the lack of maturity at this point. 😉 And, we talked for over 2 hours last night and he seems to just get me. It's a refreshing feeling after being disappointed with my traditional compatible signs (Cancer, Virgo, Pisces, Cap). I have had long term relationships with 3 out of the 4 and obviously those didn't work out (and for the best). We'll see how Saturday night's date goes...

Thanks CluelessCancer...and, funny you say that. I have NEVER had Leo friends nor dated one and I often wonder why. Wouldn't you think that if I were compatible with a Leo, that I would have come across some that I really enjoy by now? I mean, I am 37yo and look back at all my friends a lovers and cannot think of one. It is odd. That said, I am open to anything new and he excites me. Perhaps I have been losing out this whole time!!! 🙂
