Must include an aspect, house and sign, what does it say it's supposed to mean and how do you feel it effects you?

What do you want to know about it from others?

I can go first.

Aries Mars (7°) 9th house conjucnt Aries mc 10th

Supposed to mean I'm a fighter, good with mifary physical activities, head strong and a leader.

I think it effects the way I work at my job. I'm bossy and a stictler. It makes my Co workers abide but despise me.

I want to know how to soften it and make it less co confrontational.
