Yeah I know.
I had tried to change so many times, but I just can not. Thats why I need more information about my placements and how I can make my life better, and not soo anxious and depressed.

That's quite normal for the age we live in (the age of the media/internet - and all that comes with that). This days, more often than not - your mind works against you. Daydreaming (unrealistic expectations) - will keep you stranded - till you chose to wake up - and see what's out there. See what works for you.
Self-doubt and low self-esteem can be overcomed only through tangible results. So it's just a mater of - trying and failing and trying and failing- till you start to see results. It's also very important to know yourself and your limits (what you can do and to what extent / what comes easy to you - what you're good at... compared to other fields of work where you might really struggle compered to others). Failure is to be expected (time after time even). That's your best teacher in the schools of life. But if you've tried something for a long time - and you're not making any progress (since it's simply not your thing) - "giving up can be equally important (knowing when to give up that is)".
