There are some signs that I enjoy teasing on occasion but I can't think of any Sun that I have a consistently difficult time getting along with. Being slightly more sensitive to Moons though, Virgo (irony...) and Aquarius can be a little hit and miss. I have a love/hate relationship with all things Leo. And Pisces moons can take some patience to understand.

i dont have a beef with any of them, i just know which ones i'm attracted to, who are attracted to me.
easy peazy. it's probably something you have to go through, a lesson to learn or something but it doesn't have to be romantic. It could be platonic. Like family members, friends, colleagues you have beef with.

Pisces Mooners are hard to deal with, but everyone knows my automatic dislike of mutables (except for Sags)...especially on DXP...

Pisces, both sun and moon, are difficult to reach, but I would say a Pisces moon is definitely a winner in my list for immediate attraction. Situation after first encounter always gets kinda surreal, though.
