Taurus man being indecisive

I know my Taurus man since almost 6 months and we connected really well. He tells me that he can always speak his mind and share deepest secrets with me. We flirted for a while and he was giving me hints to get in a relationship and told that we should be more than friends in near future and give it some time but later I found out he already likes someone else and told her the same thing. Me being a leo can't be a second option to anyone so I told him I can't do this and we should remain friends. But he is now keeping both his options open and flirts with both of us. I know he's more serious about the other girl and is crazy about her. How can I get out of this or at least not be his second option? Whenever I try leaving him, he behaves as if I am his breath and can't live without me, but won't even leave the other woman
