Taurus man ignoring me, when do they do that?

Me and my Taurus have been on 5 dates for like three months. We met on one of the online dating platforms. First date went great, we laughed we chatted the whole time. It felt so great and it ended with two hugs and a kiss on the chick. I left for two weeks on holiday. He texted me twice to wish me a great travel. Second date we met and same as the first, travelling stories but he was more touchy and the date ended with kissing on the beach. Third date he came to my place, we had some food, wine and music, a lot of kissing and hugging but no more. Fourth date same but he stayed over. Every date he will be so passionate and wants to know everything about my schedule, who I am meeting and what I am doing everyday but he doesn't ask me to do stuff together. And everytime we become close he doesn't text for days. If I text, then he says he is busy. Then couple of days later he will ask me if I want to catch up. Date five was the most romantic one and the most confusing. Again he will ask me what I am doing, even the exact timing. I showed him a picture on my phone and he took it and I noticed he was scrolling and checking the rest of my photos. We started cuddling and become more passionate. We ended up going into the ocean at night, hand in hand, it was so romantic. We ended up cuddling on the beach and kissing and touching. He told me he wants me straight away and wanted to go to his car. I sad that is not the right place to do that. I drove home and saw he sent me a message with his address but I was already home. Since then he is totally avoiding me. I can sense it. I asked him couple of times how he is doing. He is saying he is very busy, working long hours before Christmas brake and told me he is away and will let me know when he is coming back.
What is the reason for his MIA? Hes never been rushy but he will always send a text now and again. I am giving him time and never bombard him with text. I check on him sometimes cause I could see he has some interest but if he says he is working, I let him do it.
We are not friends on facebook but I could see some pictures on his profile which indicated that he was married. He never told me anything about previous girlfriends. Also I can see he is still checking the online dating side. I know some of you will say he is not interested, which I can figure myself but my gut feeling tells me there is more. I am Venus is Taurus myself and I know we don't get involved with anyone unless there is attraction. I
