"The Gemini lover??s taste is always changing, and they have a constant need for new stimuli. The only thing that you can be sure of about your Gemini lover is that they will not be faithful in a traditional relationship. Monogamy is absolutely impossible for someone with Venus in Gemini."

"...But intimately close for a Gemini is always only skin-deep. Gemini intimacy is a friendly companionship of a detached nature, like an acquaintance. This is the most emotionally-detached sign of the zodiac.

If they love you, they??ll show it lightly and playfully; no heavy emotional displays or extravagant gifts. Theirs is not a passionate-type of love. There will be no deep bonding; they simply don't have the time."

How do those of you with a Venus in Gemini feel about these descriptions?

Is there anything good about the placement?

That was ranty, sorry. 😛 But I'm really sick of discovering more of these bs articles. LOL

Nah.
You put it well. I couldn't really identify with what was described in the article.

The bit you said about projecting rings a little. I've found I get along well with Gems.
Had a couple of good relationships as well.

As a general rule, a man's Venus is his "type" and a woman's Mars is her "type". So it would make sense that you'd be attracted to Geminis.

Recursive warp in DXP. Had to hide the other two duplicate posts.
Not sure if its attraction in the romantic sense--more of "connecting", although a couple of relationships sure developed that way.

The one issue I have with the article is the pointing towards "shallowness" or "infidelity". Might be my other placements, but that certainly does not apply to the relationships I have been in.

I've always been monogamous and I have always thought that one person was complicated enough. I couldn't be focus on more than one person with all that's going on in my life.

There is a thread I posted about Gemini Venus already but I just want to reiterate: Gemini will always have two loves, but not necessarily two lovers.

I think a lot of online astrologers like to hate on Gemini Venus because for some reason the twins always has to me two personalities and two mates. Now to me that is just sloppy astrology.

Gemini Venus needs to have their passion outside of the relationship and needs some distance but I would hardly call us the most detached. Geminis typically feel a lot like most people do when they are teenagers: aka they have really strong shifting emotions because they aren't able to process them correctly yet.

Gemini Venus also doesn't trust emotions since they do change and life goes on. So the companionship is necessary as much as the passion is, so that no matter how they feel there is a base to come back to.

Most of the time people mistake Gemini Venus as easy or players, but what they don't understand is that it's the conversation that we want not the random people. If I choose someone its because I want them and there is something there I want to invest in. These like 20 minute conversations with acquantances even though they look sparkly and flirtatious are just how we interact with people.

If i could repost this forever, i would.
