WEIRD. Exact same Placidus chart as my bf...WTF?

Does this mean anything? I'm not familiar w/ this aspect of astrology. I recently found out his birthtime and looked on 2 separate sites to find that we have the EXACT SAME Placidus chart (degrees vary by 1.5 - 2.0 but every single house including Asc & Midheaven is the same sign).
Is this extraordinarily unusual?
