What can thismean?

We have almost the same house placement with the exception of 12th house. All other houses are the same. Anybody had have an experience with this? No luck searching the net.

I think it helps for feelings of mutuality, you will experience house transits roughly around the same time. So different areas of your life will both be affected at roughly the same time (read up on what each of the houses mean for more info).
