His vertex falls on my Ascendant, Moon, Neptune, uranus, north node and mine falls on his Ascendant what does this mean??

I believe when someone falls in one or more of another placements it's a plus since they'll understand you more. Either Flight astrology or Alsyssa Sharpe has said that, can't remember which one.
