Relationships are always such delicate things..so much time and effort go into these things.. the thought of actually having one is almost stifling, i think.. but I guess we all have *OUR DAY*.. what do we do when we want a relationship, but don't want to waste time and energy at the same time?..
who wants to exert so much energy into such a passing kind of thing?? I guess this is where libs get there commitment phob rep from.. Send in the scouts!!

true true..i agree with you Espernaut..relationships do make us wiser as we grow into them. Funny, I used to think that relationships made me OLDER but somehow a little keener about good things. I would love to let myself go with that perfect someone, and just know that we'll just enjoy life with each other..

i actually think that usually, we all do find that perfect person over and over, and we may apply so many standards, rules and perhaps even restrictions on that person that he/she becomes overwhelmed with it all, and just wants to escape in the end. My way or highway?? Even me, I ended up having to escape a few times from restrictions too! So, people> What is that perfect formula for drumming up love, excitement, freedom, and harmony that's just right for everyone?? Pshhht! I haven't figured it out yet, but I'll bottle that stuff and distribute it as party gifts.. when I find it!!

Something you mentioned earlier, about the amount of time & energy, stuck with me. You hope for the best, but try not to project false impressions. I've seen each relationship I've had was better in some way than the last. I think it's because I know more of what I really want, and can say it alittle easier, each time. (By the time I'm ninety, I'll be smokin'..) I have to bring that timeline down! Too shy.
