Which chart is right?

I just got my chart done again "correctly" by a professional astrologer
and...
my chart looks very different from what I used to know.
I was a Sag. rising now I'm a Cap. rising.
I had 3 planets in house 1, now they are all in 12.
Everything shifted all together and I don't know it's very confusing.
The astrologer used Local Mean Time (+00:00) when she redid my chart,
but when I did my own at Astro.com my time zone was done automatically and it wasn't LMT.
I don't know which one is right...seems like the chart she redid for me
describes me better for I always had some doubts about me being a Sag. rising
I blamed my Cappyness to my Saturn that was in 1st house before...
now it makes sense. But I can't be sure.
Is LMT correct way to do?

the free one... the timezone i think is supposed to be the timezone you were in while being born

what does your chart look like..lmt doesn't screw up as much as you'd think 😉 not as much as the others, at least in my exp. in fact, i can't see a negative impact from lmt, in my chart.

yeah I'd think that the time zone would have to match up
with where you were born but then again I don't know
that's confusing me...

LMT did some changes in my chart not much but like
where planets are (houses) and aspects between them.
For example My Sun was in 9th house (religion, higher minds)
now it's in 8th house (Sex and limitations)
WTH? lol.
See, little changes like that makes me a different person now...
Ah oh well...
