There are untrustworthy and trustworthy people regardless of astrology.

Hundreds of thousands of people are born on the same day around the world. Every single one of them will be so different (while sharing a few similar characterstics and vibes here and there) but were all individual humans.

I'd trust someone with a Gemini placement the same way I'd trust someone with a Leo placement. It's their choice of actions that matter.

Actions speak louder than a natal chart.
