So last year I got really addicted to DXP around the time my aqua pulled a disappearing act.

We had met almost a year prior online and hit it off and realized we knew each other 7 years earlier from a different place online(weird coincidence) as well as lived in the same area of the same city.

I was still quasi recovering from a nasty divorce so I was in no hurry to rush anything and was actually relieved to meet a guy who didn't pressure me to meet up.
Not to go overly TMI But my marriage was a huge piece of shit and I came out the other end pretty wary of men, and completely unable to be intimate with anyone I didn't feel REALLLLLY comfortable with (which was no one for quite a long time)
- this made for a handful of really awkward dates where I started shaking like a vibrator if my date tries to kiss me or anything, so that explains my own willingness to deal with this odd online arrangement w/ awua in the first place.

Anyway we were talking EVERY day, when suddenly he just disappeared. I didn't have his number or anything and I was really hurt.
I spent a LOT of time on this forum trying to make some sense of it all when 4 months later he showed up as suddenly as he had disappeared.

Now seeing as how we were NOT anything resembling a couple, and had not even met irl I didn't actually make a big deal about him disappearing but I was definitely interested in meeting at this point.
I spent a whole lot of time defending this decision on the board and to my friends who thought I was nuts and said multiple times he's probably some fat guy living in his moms basement.

So the impression I had been given through photos, and self descriptions etc was that this was a well built fit man, with his own home, and car etc

He was really hesitant to meet and it was about 2 months before he said okay, I really am the most naive optimist -eye roll-

Anyway turns out we lived 15 min from each other so we decided to meet.

So he ended up being really large (over 350 lbs) wears glasses (never shown in photo) and lives in his grandmothers basement.
No job.
No car.

I reallly reallly didn't want to be that shallow asshole and I had just spent a YEAR of my life falling for this guy.
I mean his intelligence and humour weren't faked soo yeh I did start dating him despite him being sooo full of shit
There were so many justifications for letting his lies slide, like he never outright told me he had a house and a car he just would mention work he was doing on the house, or something done "in the car" and let me assume what I wanted.
but it was still really hard for me to forgive the deception.

I was really ashamed of being duped and acted like everything was really super to my friends and here but they were anything but.

Anyway I gave it my best go but ultimately things kind of fell apart because of -insert a million typical boring relationship details- Including get this, I gained weight spending so much time around him and his shit eating habits and he's not attracted to ME any more

Officially broke up with him and have lost 20 pounds

well what's done is done.

We were together just over a year he doesn't want things to be over but I do.
We still talk on skype and the phone but nothing romantic and I don't wanna hang out with him. Maybe later.

It really upset me that I overlooked his physical flaws and yet when I gained weight eating the crap he always wanted to eat we pretty much stopped having sex.

Ef that noise.

Now in his defence he is not Neckbeard fat, The photos he showed me were really of him and are a few years old, he was reallllly fit for a long time haha so even as a fat guy hes not, uhm SOFT fat yaknow?
