Cancer man ignoring me
So Cancer man was a friend I went on a couple dates a long time ago. He found me on social media and reconnected w me. A couple mos. of hard core flirting and we both seemed very into each other. He’s getting out of a marriage and it became obvious he still had baggage with his wife and until they were actually divorced and moved on I was hesitant to be more than “friends”... basically I meant let’s take things way back and move slow, so as

Weeks later He responded to a nice text I sent but then ignored my texts after that. I called him out and he said he felt I was putting distance between us after the text I sent. I said fair enough but I didn’t want non existence. He said let’s catch up soon. But he still ignores the couple texts I sent over the last 4/5 weeks... so what’s his deal? He claims he’s wanted to be w me for a decade and then radio silent all together... how do I handle this? I’ve never experienced anything so 180 degrees

Yeah I guess you’re right I thought the friendship mattered as much to him as it did to me but I guess not.... plus he led me to believe they were much farther along in the divorcing process than he actually is. I guess lesson learned smh

The friendship probably does matter.
It’s just when ppl commit and then they’re free, they don’t want the responsibility of other people’s feelings.

I only know of her through him and social media... they definitely seem separated but still grossly enmeshed... they still act married. There are kids. It’s all a bunch of messy drama that I don’t want to be triangled into. But I also didn’t want to get ignored either
