celibacy

Most of you know my cancer man moved to a different state and I've decided not to move with him. We both wasn't ready to make that move. So now I've decided to be celibate. Reasons...growth, find something as meaningful as he and I had. (if we never get back together), just don't want to date others right now....

However, we will be visiting each other, but I dont want to have sex with him either since we're no longer a couple, and I'm not interested in fwb. Although I do love this man and hoping one day, when we're both ready, he'll ask me to marry him and move there with him.

My question, would me being celibate cause him to look at me different in a negative way? As a cancer man, is this something you see virtuous in the woman you once, or maybe, still love or would you shut down due to the lack of intimacy you guys once had?

Also, if he moves on, I can only accept that. I'm just curious at how he would probably respond to me.

yeah forget the celibacy stuff unless you are overtly religious. In which case, forget the overtly religious stuff 😛
