now, here's the kicker, if the man isn't what i said at the top, then he can't get the supportive woman he needs.
It's interesting you state this GreatBull 🙂 Some men what milk but they don't want to take care of the cow. 😉
Your point taken!
women need a strong, confident, secure man, because alot of you women....aren't.
Define what you call strengh, confidence and security.
HI Haffo,
Oh don't worry, I think he will 😉
"Define what you call strengh, confidence and security"
Exactly. These are vague terms. Strenght can be mistaken for abrasiveness. Confidence can be mistaken for cockyness. And security can be mistaken for luck.
Hi Cappysweetie
We will see what his response will be.
I've heard that people go around trying to fix problems from their childhood by creating similar situations in their adult life and then trying to do things differently. A lot of confused men do this without realising where they are going wrong.
YEAH!!!! CAN I GET AN AMEN TO THAT 😉 CGILWL, that's so true. I need not say anymore ... hahaha, most men would actually dispute the above but they it wouldn't hold steady ground with me.
it aint easy, but nothing in life worth having is.
OOOO GreatBull, what you just said goes with my favorite quote ..."If It Ain't Rough, It Ain't Right" 😉 *** my favorite NBA player stated this at a news conference ***
Who are you speaking to GB—
Well,
I'm not a fan of possessive men but I wouldn't mind a certain level of protection from the man I'm with. In a sense of protecting your emotions as while as protecting you physically. I would do the same but it's nice to feel that you have a guardian 🙂

(I can't speak for all women of course) But what I want Not "need" from a man is:
a companion sexually, emotionally, and spiritually.
A best-friend
a financially stable lad w/good genes
and lastly have the balls to stick up for himself and me..and our family someday.
I in return offer all of the above with added extras (that gradually come out once I've found loyality and reassurance in the potential man). I am a hard worker, I don't do half ass on anything in my life. I give my all, and when it comes to a relationship I'm gonna work hard. I want the best, and I am picky. I believe that there is a man out there that will meet my wants and I will meet his. In the meantime, I'll have to weave out all the Mr. Right Nows to find my Mr. Right. I'M 26, and it's been exciting, frustrating, and I'm sure I'll learn more and more as I go through the process of "dating". I'll tell you what though, I sure as hell won't take him for granted when I realize I found my fit.
And I wrote not "need" because I think I'll be okay if I never find that man. I'm learning so much about me. I've got so much to offer this world. I am a woman of purpose, and confidence. Yeah, I do wonder at times how nice it would be to have that
man in my life....but I often shut out those thoughts and wonder what if he doesn't exist...

QUESTION:
What does a women need from a man and what could you offer him in return?
I've created a post before about capricorn women having a terrible image in the sights of potential partners but what is it that we bring to the table?
Also, what do the men want from us? Other then the obvious, what are you exactly looking for?
