8 years later could this capricorn man be inlove with me?

Meet a man 8 years ago in a dating site and he asked me to go out for coffee with him this did not happen as he was in town attending classes and got busy until we went back home. We kept in touch and flirted and most of the time when he was in town we never got together. Meet him for the 1st time in 2013 and I feel madly in-love. He made it clear he does not want a relationship this hurt me and I pulled away and dated other men but we always kept in touch via Skype, calls & Facebook. After my heart being broken so many times and after years of us not getting a chance to actually spend time together I planned a trip to his side of town. Mind you I have been there before but we did not see each other. I decided to go spend time with him so booked my flights and accommodation we were intimate for the 1st time although we did not spend much time together. On the 31st December last year he pulled a surprise visit on me driving past my hometown on his way home and it was something else but he was rushing to get home before midnight. This year twice I have been to see hometown and the one time did not even see him as he had an emergency at work and the second time he came around but it was a short visit and we were intimate again this now for the second time. I have grown very fond of him and the person he is. We have grown a lot as friends. I want this man in my life but from what I have read about Capricorn men I am scared I might have to wait. I don't know if I should ask him where we are headed or should I go with the flow. Is it possible after 8 yrs that maybe his changed his mind and might want a relationship with me or is it possible am just one of his girls? He is hard to read as he will never talk about his feelings or you can never see him expressing it. He hugs, he kisses and that's as far as he will go and he can go quite for months without communication but lately we have tried to be communicating more than before. I am a leo so I am not very patient and I don't want to wait for nothing. I know over the years I have stood him up and I don't know whether he has forgiven me or is he now working out what gave I am playing but I have no doubt in my mind I want him. Will he be worth the wait?
