I would have put this on Okcupid's forum, but I don't want to risk him seeing it.

So, I've been messaging this guy on OkCupid, which (for those who do not know) is an online dating site, primarily.

I'm a Cancer and the guy is a Capricorn.
I've never really dealt with a Capricorn before, but I know that the people I meet are usually pretty true to their signs.
I didn't message him because of his sign, but because a majority of his interests were mine (i.e., Computer Science, Game Developing) and so I knew we could make conversation.
When I found out his sign, I expected him to be very responsible, strict on himself, and ambitious. I know that they don't usually don't have a lot of patience with ambivalent people, and he took time to mention that in his profile. Cool, I'm not a Pisces, I know what I want.

And I'm fine with the slow approach to wanting to meet someone, trust me, but after 18 messages, he hasn't flirted or asked to meet up or anything. And I think that's odd for such a decisive person.

They're medium length responses usually.
I feel that he is putting the thought into it because we're talking about something he likes and he takes the time to explain the intricacies of it.
My answers have gotten shorter for the most part, but I but I still want to talk to him because I like what were talking about and am happy with having an online friend.
But, here's the thing: He doesn't ask me questions. Ever. Never. Zilch.
I made a comment saying that I know I ask a lot of questions (though, I really wasn't, just commenting), and in part of his response, he addressed my comment saying: "Questions are cool, no worries."
One sided doesn't work for me. He wrote me last and I'd like to see if I didn't respond if he'd write again... but I also don't like playing games. Even online.

You're right, truecap, and I haven't put all my eggs in his basket. But I have put the good part of 2/3 of them. haha

Thank you Caplove, cowpuncher, and truecap. I responded to his last message and added that I enjoy talking to him and if he had any questions for me, he should feel free to ask.

cowpuncher (haha)
At first we talked about like Pirates more than Ninjas (something on his profile) for the first 3 messages, then from there I had asked him about a game developing event that goes on in his area, he knew the one I was talking about and that lasted about 8 messages of me telling him that I was going to that, and him saying that he volunteers there as he's apart of the committee that sets it up. I asked him if he was into creating art, and that lasted about 2 messages. We just finished talking about a game he's making and now, hopefully, he'll ask me a question.
