I'm a 27 y.o. Cap, male. I have read a lot about anger/violence and its uselessness, but I really don't agree. Anger/Violence in me is produced when justice or relative fairness, for lack of a better word, is absent from life. Caps are potentially very dangerous people if they feel their lives are being threatened. Their emotions are easily controlled though by the strong will of the Cap. Anger/Violence are indeed necessary for moving forward and handling unreasonable situations.
