Pisces managers can bring empathy and intuition to leadership, which may complement Capricorn traits of discipline and ambition. However, differences in decision-making styles might require clear communication. Understanding each other's strengths can foster a productive working relationship between Pisces bosses and Capricorn employees.
Any advice on developing good relations?

Is your manager a man or a woman? When i am trying to think of all the pisces i have know mailny at work. There is a drastic difference i can think of among the 2
It's a woman.
And thanks so much for trying to help!!
My ex-wife is a Pisces.
Would she be considered a boss?
It sure felt that way.

Coincidentally I have been planning to make a post on my most recent boss, a Pisces Sun, Cap Moon, Cap Mars, Aqua Mercury in his late twenties.
The good: Very driven, determined, hardworking, rarely takes no as a final answer from a client and nearly always manages to lead them into closing a deal but in a way that seems like it was their idea the entire time. His ability to connect with people (when he chooses to do so) is incredible. He was understanding and considerate to me (his only employee.)
Not great: Disorganized, avoids details, unable to multitask, finds paperwork overwhelming in general, childish, enjoys stirring up office drama for fun, (sidenote: sees dating as a fun sport for sleeping with women, told me all the stories which is inappropriate in a professional setting so..) often lacks discernment.
Overall I liked him as a boss. It was my job to tie up his loose ends so his not great stuff was not an issue. I'm not Cap sun but I feel I express my Cap Mars in work environment particularly.
Thanks duchess. Very good insight.

For some reason, I can't envision a woman bossing you around.
(unless she signs your paycheck) 😛

Woman oh. Was hoping for a pisces man . They seem to be more easy 🙂 .All the best
Personally, I think men are easier to work for. Unfortunately, in my field, there are mostly women.

She tried really hard.
Give her an E for effort.
had a pisces manager when i first switched career to chase a dream. i need a stepping stone never intended to stay long and she knew it. she and the scorpio boss gave me big raise hoping i would stay longer. the very next day she called me to her office to express how disappointed she was because a close friend of hers informed her that i was sending out resumes right after the raise lol. she said this is a niche industry i know everyone. i kept a poker face told her i work hard here but you know my dream. nothing personal. she calmed down a bit. i continued sending out resumes and left in a few months. she was cool about it because i became a good client of hers lol.
"it's just business, nothing personal". i'm a capricorn after all lol
she was a good hands-off manager. a bit disorganized and forgetful but very likable by everyone. it's just that when it comes to business, my loyalty is to myself.

lol
When my previously mentioned boss gave his notice recently he felt so guilty about leaving for another company. I had to kind of talk him through how everyone should understand exactly this. It's business. Period. Cap Moon and Mars didn't stop his Pisces feels! He appreciated it and was like, "You're right. Thanks for reminding me!"
I have already noticed that she ignores emails asking for direction on subjects she doesn't know how to answer. I have to follow up in a couple of days and ask if she has had time to think about a solution.
Gosh, a capricorn just has a hard time accepting all the excuses. Just get' 'er done! lol!
It's going to be really hard for me to be patient and deal with that kind of stuff in a boss. I fear that I'll end up pushy and condescending. I'm going to have to learn to be more passive and less direct.
Thanks for the advice, though. It will really be helpful. I think I need to make it my screen saver. lol!
She's one that got promoted to the position, so she's not new to the company or our way of doing things. I know, the transition period will be rough for a while. Just hope she gets better about responding more quickly.
That does make a lot of sense. Thanks so much for taking time to explain all that. It's good advice and I'll probably need to use it before too long.
I have a Pisces boss. She is my first female boss and I like her a lot. Really out going and a hard worker. She loves Vegas though. Her birthday is Feb 19th

You're welcome. I'm glad that you found my rambling useful. I hope everything works out for ya.P.S. - If you know her exact birthday, you may want to check out 'birthday astrology,' which merges sun sign traits with numerology. It's scary accurate. Here's a good resource:
thanks!

She went very well with a dash of lemon and some mayonnaise...
Throw in some pickles and you have tartar sauce! 😛

We just got a new manager that is a pisces and wondering if any of you caps have ever worked for a pisces before. This will be my first go 'round. Curious how those dynamics might play out.
And pisces managers, feel free to contribute as it'd be helpful to hear from your side as well.
Any advice welcome.
