Are Capricorns backstabbers ?

I know of a few cappies who seem to treat you nice in the face, but when your back is turned, watch out, they can be very nasty. They do whatever it takes to reach the top.
I also know of 1 cappy who does not seem to exhibit these traits.
What do you make of this ?

Wow, I actually DID work with a real two faced Cappie woman and I hated her! Half the company couldn't stand her. Yes, she was a backstabber trying every underhanded, scumball way to rise to the top for kudos by the big boss.
Well, there ya have it. Gotta watch out for those Cappies man.
