Are Us Cappys Really That Depressing.....
i cant believe a virgo said that everything that comes out of their mouth is negative and they are selfish people,judgemental and nitpickers,..caps are doom and gloom but i think it is on a more personal level,virgos are negative about everything,i get a long with both but when they start i tune them out
sounds like your housemate is projecting how he feels onto you, granted caps can be doom and gloom but if someone actually comes out in a judgemental way like your virgo friend then most likely that person is feeling doom and gloom blaming you by projecting it onto you as if your the problem, tell your housemate to shut up and go into time out and stop looking for someone to pick on...I like being around caps, grumps and all d:
I don't think Cappies are depressing creatures in nature. All the ones I've met are so happy and fun to be around all the time.
Though it is a running cliche in Virgos IME Virgos has had just the same happy-go-lucky attitudes 😄.

dogsbody. A virgo calling a Cap negative is hilarious. I think we are realist which sometimes comes across as negative to others. some caps are more negative than others. I wouldn't worry about it. But when the world comes to an end we Caps will be ready. 😉
WOW, interesting that we have been labeled as Negative and depressing- and even more so that it came from a Virgo. I've read that We really gel with them because they are like us earth signs. I'd like to think I am a realist and don't view things through rose colored lens or with blinders on. I did have one rather confused friend tell me I was borderline pessimistic which she said was dark doom and gloom but then she changed that perspective when I loaned her some money, smirks. I think for those who don't know us well might think that about us. it takes a person digging deep and going beyond the surface to truly understand us as a person(people).

I'm a Pisces 😄 and I feel that Capricorn gives us this aura or an energy like it means stay away from me I know it's a curse being labeled that way but I find it really hard to approach one with cautious hehe even my cousin I know Capricorns aren't pessimist, there pretty optimistic in my book it's just hard to open up to them without acting dumb and act aloof.
i have no idea if you're depressing dogs, but i know a lot of cappies who can be when they're in one o' those moods.

OMG! I thought I was the only one that does this. Usually it shuts up whoever I am talking to as well or they say I'm being a smart azz, lol. For extra effects if the person happens to be moronic I w3ill add this blank look to it, lol. And yes this is DEF one way to piss us off. I don't know how many times my silly friends had to learn this lesson lol.
I spoke verbally and showed everyday my passion for this Cancer lady and, slimwitted, she still was thoroughly doubtful that i really loved her. i was myself but toned it respectfully because I'm a very respectful person anyways so it wasnt hard. It was completely beyond her and she was intelligent until she came to me. Everyone knew it. Bad up-bringing screwed it. Has anyone ever had someone who won't let you love them. For those who have you understand how endlessly hellish and frustrating as well as heart-breaking that this is. I won't lie ya know she taught me some things and made me admire some things and all of this came from God and her. She made sure I would never forget her. She was a very "crucial" human being if this means anything. Shorter point is that this Cancer made me love/really hate for the first real time and it was jarring at first because sooner or later I knew all along she wasn't going to be wrong too many more times. I hold Cancers in high regard for playing checkers with me the longest and I'm not talking about board game only. I like this "sign" stuff and I always ask a person their birthday, its just habit. But anyway this Cancer was the wildest ride yet and she knew this. I could go on forever about this with crazy stories about her but in the end I am thankful to the umpfth degree we met again ten years after our short high-school relationship. I'm wondering if it will be another 10 after the 4 we just did time together. Oh, and I am realistic not depressing. They call me I don't call them. Whoever it doesn't matter, except family. Cap=looooooooooooooooooooooooove family. But I need my own 1-800 # and start charging by the minute because its what I give'em and people rarely leave from me unhappy. Nowhere near depressing because I don't really share all my problems with anyone, I deal with it all on my own and do a great job managing it. I was born with great management like a lot of Caps when they feel something is worth their time. If you ever see a Cap really depressed it may be because they have to manage something that they really know isn't worth their time. Simply will not waste short life on wastefulness and degression, know this. Hope I wasn't too uninteresting.

crikey I would never talk to anyone like that. Are you both 3rd decan? My third decan cappy friend would definitely say this and she is very feisty.
Well I don't use it all the time. Maybe it is just something that happens more with guys (it's usually guys who pull that with me). I'm not talking about honest or well intentioned criticism. I'm talking about when some aquaintence who hardly knows you takes it upon himself to tell you all the things he's figured out about you - it is usually aburdly off base and I just don't have the time to deal with idiots like that. Gennerally I'm am quite diplomatic with people as long as they are not acting like annoying idiots.

I'm starting to see that Virgos take no personal responsiblity for their own actions/words. They're "perfect" and we sould be grateful that they are there to perfect our "inperfections" according to Virgo. Bluntly put I'm starting to see the glaring hypocrisy of their ways.

What's with the "I can do what I want and you will abide by my rules or I turn into a big poopoo head" attitude? I'm really opening my eyes when it comes to Virgos. They will bitch all day long to you while you quietly listen with a sympathtic ear but if you say one thing that can be construed as "negative" it's YOU not them that is the depressing person. Yet they are the ones that will complain about a hair on the bathroom floor til the cows come home.
I'm starting to see that Virgos take no personal responsiblity for their own actions/words. They're "perfect" and we sould be grateful that they are there to perfect our "inperfections" according to Virgo. Bluntly put I'm starting to see the glaring hypocrisy of their ways.

Lol i say that bc the caps i know are selfish and i thank god i have a cap moon it give me the ablity to not be step on. i only help people that really need help. other virgos seem to help everyone even those they should not. sum learn over time to not do this. but i was born with it. i guess a cap sun virgo moon would be less selfish than a normal caps lol. but the virgo im talking about has a virgo moon i guess he is not depress but u get depress by looking at him if that makes since.

That's right! And in a constant state of analysis, lol. I also think we tend to pick up easily on other people's moods, which can reflect back on us. Though I have learned to not sweat the small stuff as much, I'm also very serious in my thinking. I evaluate my atmosphere probably more so then others and people's words and actions won't be as easily disregarded. My bubbly pisces can be very moody depending on how his day went, and with Virgo moon he can be a total nit picker. Of course he's just being protective, hahaha right! I guess what I'm saying is set the mood and you'll more then likely get one. Reap what you sew!

I agree Suport. I figure we feel this way because of the mer-goat, seagoat, or whatever the heck it is we're suppose to be half of lol. Whatever it is deals with being half water/half earth, so we are emotional, intuitive, sensitive etc. yet our earthly ambitions are some of the strongest of any sign. To feel the weight of the world and be sensitive to it, and want to get ahead with reputation and actions intact is a load, but many of us strive to be the best and not walk on others along the way. We are not perfect, but we also try to cover our behinds for what life after this one has to offer.
We gotta let go of that weight though. I was thinking what if the world ended and the evil dropped in the pits of h@LL, the folks concerned with their image and focus on this earth stayed on it, and the free spirits that didn't worry and primary concerns were others and not themselves were set free.

lol I know thats right. Yes we do come off as negative to some people(mainly virgos)I had the same issue with bein told im negative. i do think we live in our own world at times cause we are constantly thinkin . if we keep busy on somethin constructive them weare balance, do a lil meditation, maybe exercise too . cause at times I know I began to get into these modds that are tripple times deep . So, I learned to find a way to not talk as much. I get online and chat with people(like DXP, facebook sometimes)but I mainly do class discussions online . I really dont have as much free time to worry about foolishness so that I wont be as negative

One thing about that statement you made is true. We are both earth signs, virgos are mutable earth sign (+)positive capricorns are cardinal earth signs negative(-) as the cliche opposites attract ...positive and a negative ..your other statement about get along and are compatible, it does say that but the ways of thinkin are different and caps think of things complex..where as, virgos think simple then go straight to the point...they like simple and think to much bout too much and we think triple times that

prepare for the worst outcome but hope for whats at the bottum of pandoras box...that is especially when it comes to bein realistic about any situation, weather it be relationships, crisis, exspenses,etc...that is because cardinal signs view life in a realistic approach others view it as gloomy but if it works for us we do what it takes to feel best...we go off of our intuition on situations, if it doesnt add up then it gets subtracted.

For the record I don't think Cappies are depressing. I think they are realistic people that like to be prepared for the "worst case senerio". No harm in that. It's just planning and being smart. At least they are deep enough to comprehend there is more to life then happy go lucky all the fucking time. 🙂
