We libe in the 21st century! This isn't the 50's..... They've hooked up already, she's already shown she's not a traditional woman....

She can certainly try, but Cap guys are very suspicious and he might think she does this all the time. It will take a lot of work to convince him otherwise imo.

I am interested in a capricorn man, and would like to get to know him better, and ask him out for lunch. We've only met once, at a party (and we hooked up).

He has venus in capricorn, mars in saggitarius, and most probably moon in scorpio.

I have sun in scorpio, moon in virgo, asc in virgo, venus in capricorn, mars in cancer.

How do you approach capricorn men? Is it a bad idea, asking him out for lunch?

Did you guys sexually hook up or just make out? I would say that if you guys made out, invite him for lunch. If sex was involved, reach out to him and wait to see how he responds to the initial contact before inviting him out. If he doesn't respond, then you have your answer...and give it some time. Caps are known for getting involved in their work and honestly, since you guys aren't in a relationship, he's not likely to make you a priority until you are. So responses from him MIGHT come later than usual. Cap men are cool, even when they do like someone, so...I mean, it's just something you'll have to measure over time UNLESS he just doesn't respond after a day or two or he responds right away. Sometimes they can play games, which in that case, he's not serious about getting to know you. A Cap energy man that is serious about really getting to know you, will waste NO time and there will be romance involved in his pursuit. It won't necessarily look like a friendship only. I don't know a Cap sun, moon, or venus man who has ever pursued a woman by treating her ONLY like a friend. It doesn't mean that it won't happen...I've just never seen it.

Caps like traditional.

I do think Caps are traditional for the most part, but I think if women come in and read this they would think that once the Cap or earth sign man pursues then that means that man wants something serious, and that is not always the case at all.

There are so many women fooled by the initial courting traditional ways of earth sign men.

If she is confident within herself and knows what she wants then I see nothing wrong with giving it a try.
