autumn, winter, spring, summer...

What is your favorite season of the year? and Why?

Mine is, by far... fall. I love everything you would normally associate with fall.
colorful trees, cider mills, apple cider, apple pie, hayrides, brisk air, gray days, leaf piles, pumpkins, Halloween. and... now... i dont 'love', per se, football, but i find college football and football in general to be so much more palatable during the fall. winter? no. just during the fall.

To me it also signifies alone time. I dont know why, but I really appreciate my alone time, especially in fall weather. It's cozy. Cozy driving weather, long walks weather, hot comfort food weather. The fall setting is also perfect for music.

It's the pivoting point between our two other extreme seasons, and i do love change. I kind of enjoy getting lost in it.

sb... you're right! i forgot about all the nice smells during the different seasons! i love noticing the change in the smell of the earth during the onset of spring. especially around growing plants 🙂 good call.

It'd be either spring or fall,I don't like the summer or the winter.They're the more productive seasons in my opinion and the perfect in between weather and temperatures to do it in.The summer you have too many annoying tourists getting in your way and winter you have snow getting in your way of doing anyting useful.

yep. winter more than summer tends to be too extreme for me. but then again... i am in Michigan. having my face go numb from -20 F in the 8 or 10 steps it took to get from the front door to the car never was my favorite.

lol,yeah,im kinda lucky,I left michigan when I was oooh somewhere between 13 or 14.Think -10 to -12 was the most extreme here in northern ohio I had to dea with.And no I don't wanna go back!😛

for me to choose a favorite season, it's nearly as impossible as choosing a favorite color. you are right though CP, autumn is glorious in so many ways!

Winter, because I love rain, thunders, dark clouds and because I sleep very well in the winter.

I love Autume ^_^. The colors are so beautiful and I love to witness the change in seasons ? from summer to fall in quite remarkable. Of maybe it?s bath I?m a science geek 😛 If only I could plant flowers or other grow crows in the Fall instead of Spring, that would be perfect 😉

Winter is second on my list only because I love snow! I just don't like driving in it :O

Plus, I'm a winter baby so I can't help but love the winter ... even when they are harsh ^_^.
