First round of questions..

What attracts you initially to a man, and what holds your attention long term?...what makes him a keeper?

Second round..

I have a Cap male friend asking how does he attract a Cap female?... thoughts?...
Any cap males/females date another cap before?

A man's personality is what I'm initially attracted to, and how he holds himself. He will keep my attention, by being confident, and having a good heart. He's a keeper if he has either achieved Success in life or at least has ambition and goals that he is currently and avidly pursuing, respects me and shows me the love I show him while knowing how to appreciate that love and everything else that I have to give, have some of the same interests but enough differences to keep it exciting, also when he wants to build a partnership and team on all levels.

These are just the main ones, there are many more but I feel these are the most important.

And any other caps I may have missed, I'm interested in what you all have to say. I know we're all somewhat different even if we share most of the same fundamentals. Interested in your thoughts before I give my advice to him. I'm a Cap too, and will add my two cents.
Refer to the Confessions thread.

Humor and kindness attracts me first in personality. The eyes in looks. Of course, you can see the humor and kindness in someone's eyes. I'm attracted to someone who is dignified, doesn't embarrass me in public, has good manners and just has a comfortable, easy going air about them.

Otherwise, I want/need a man who has his life together. Someone with no (or very little) drama and has his finances in order. What I mean about finances, is not wealth, but has debt in control and isn't living beyond their means. Someone who is responsible, respected and has a good reputation. Someone with a career path in mind - doesn't have to make a lot of money necessarily, but he does need to have a career path. At my age, his career should be established (potential no longer cuts it in your late 40s).

I personally like blue collar guys who are strong and manly. No citified sissy men for me. I'm a country girl, so a guy that can build fence, chop wood, hunt/fish for food, handle a tractor, etc does it for me. Oh, a white collar job would work IF he knows how to do the country stuff as well. 🙂
