Cap intuition?

My stepmom (who is also a cap) and I have experienced things happened as we said they would. What happens is, we would say something without even thinking and then BAM! it came true. Let me share a few of my experiences..

one time, I met up with a girlfriend who had just started dating a work colleague. Out of the blue, I blurted, "This is going to be a serious, long term relationship" and one year after that, they were married! Another time was when my friend's father was bedridden in the hospital for awhile but they were hopeful - I was only told then. without thinking, I told her that whatever is going to happen and to please accept that it is meant to happen, that theres nothing that you can do. I wasnt aware of how serious his illness was at the time and as horrible as I felt saying it (as a friend who was predicting her fathers passing), it felt right. Then the same night, not long after that, her father passed away. Also about my parents divorce when I was in my teens - waaaay before there were even signs of it happening.

Has any other cap experienced anything like this? I understand that we are pretty intuitive but it is scary sometimes and this trait does put people off at times because it came out blunt like that..
