I'm in the same boat kinda, except he's married and I have a boyfriend. We'll also a Taurus/Cap combination. If you decide to pursue something with the Cap, you owe it to the Scorpio to end things first.
Yes, I have a another thread on this, but figured I should check out the cappi opinion.
Of course I need to end things first with scorp, but this is all happening so fast. Cappi wants to ride out here in a month. I gotta figure thins out quick, and bulls don't like to be rushed!!!

Yes, it may be, but it's been about a week now, and scorp works out of town, so I've had 2 days out of 7 to even talk anything with him. I still am absorbing what i truly want. ES, you are right though, and I would NEVER want to disrespect my scorp, i really do love him. Just it's really been a f'in hard relationship with both of us unhappy or hurt a lot, even if the love has been there.

3. I have never cheated on scorpio, and am not going to. I will be however dishonest in the fact that I won't tell him I will meet cappi to talk face to face.

I think you should jump in bed with him to see if you have deeper feelings... I dont blame tauruschic entirely, in retrospective its pretty easy to tell oneself what was the right thing to do, theres so many things you cant anticipate when it comes to relationships/love. Hearts will be broken, its inevitable.
Who said I'm considering cheating?? I am considering a new life path, and I sure as hell don't want to start it cheating if I do. I also want scorp happy, and I really don't feel that we're doing it for each other, even if we do love each other.
This could be a test on Cap man??s part. He knows you are in a committed relationship yet he is dangling a —choice?? for you to make under the flattering thrill of a 53 hour motorcycle ride? My man is a Cap too and if I don't know anything about them I do know that loyalty is at the tip top of their —must have in a mate?? list. If you are willing to even entertain the thought of meeting him without resolving things first with the Scorpio, i.e., ending things and making yourself truly available for Cap to step in before his arrival it might be sending him the message that if he were in your Scorp??s shoes the same could be done to him in the future as well if he were your man instead.
I suggest being completely open with Scorp about what you want and if he isn't willing to compromise and put forth more effort to strengthen your relationship then maybe it is time for that ship to sail. It happens when people outgrow each other no matter how much love is involved. You??ve invested 5 years into this man so there is a lot at stake for you emotionally but your happiness can't be side stepped because you feel you owe it to Scorp to hang in there just for the sake of the amount of time you have together already.
I highly doubt Cap is coming such a long way just to hear you say no or leave without something more than mere verbal rejection which can be done over the phone. If you allow him to come and you want something with him then Scorp should be out of the picture. Having one's cake and eating it too is exciting in theory but you could end up the biggest loser by playing both sides, i.e., emotionally cheating with Cap but still hanging on to the security of your relationship with Scorp if Cap doesn't live up to the ideal. It seems like a choice of you having to risk ending things with Scorp and being free for Cap to step up to make a real commitment to you and if he doesn't you ending up being without either one when all is said or done. JMO

Nights22, you are right as well. I know I have a connection with cap, and it has never left from day 1, but given our circumstances I started this life with scorp which has been a rollercoaster / yo-yo.

I've seen plenty of cases of people have a conversation with someone there interested in without being broke up.
