Cappies and double standarts

Today that Cappy woman were coming to our office and my mom met her in the corridor. My mom was talking something and she said "Silence! Silence!" as in funny way (it's normal no need to get shocked).

I took it will humour so all fine here.

Then this Cappy woman were talked to someone else and I personally did something similar to her and she turned into serious and "You shouldn't talk like that".
