Cappy man very hot* and then suddenly silent

Can any Caps shed some light on this phenomenon?

He's all over me and planning for the future when together, and then silent when we're apart.

Yep mine does the same.
I put it down to can only concentrate on one thing at a time. When he's away he's bust concentrating on work. When he makes time for us we have fun n I get him all to myself
