Yes! They just need to make time off from working from time to time so they can spend enough time together, since they're workaholics.

....that said, it is also crucial to 'want' each other at the same time, or rather, decide to 'want' a relationship with the other 'cap' at the same time. Cappies tend to 'allot' time for relationships, i.e. when they are ready, they think that the other cappy MUST be ready as well. Sometimes, it would be a teeny bit too late, as the other cappy is 'out of there'. So tuning in to the other cappy's moods and readiness makes all the difference. Relationships need nurturing, commitment, and 'yielding'
