Capricorn Rising with Venus in Aquarius

Is what this Pisces that I like has.

Was it on this board I remember a lot of talk about Cappie's with this Venus placement?

Would it apply similarly to a Cappie ascendant?

I'm not feeling any Pisces in him at all.

I can't find the original Venus in Aquarius post so even if anyone could direct me to where it is that would be great.

He definitely has an air, very charismatic, almost looks like some sort of aristocrat.

Frustrating no doubt for my Venus in Aries haha.
